Customers' personal data and information necessary for the company's administration and business operations are collected, processed and used by Lauri Salovaara for communication, service provision, marketing and invoicing.

Private customer information in electronic services: Name, home address, telephone number, email address, any other information provided by the customer, such as reviews or customer feedback.
Corporate customer information in electronic services: Company name, Business ID, address, contact person's name, telephone number, email address and any other information provided by the company about the event or other rental-related matter.

9. Principles of register protection
Electronic material
The register is appropriately protected on the controller's premises or on an appropriately protected server and service. Processing of personal data is only possible for persons belonging to the controller's staff who need the information to perform their work tasks. The register data is protected by technical solutions and applications external to the organization. The controller will notify the authorities or the user of any possible data security breaches in accordance with applicable legislation.

11. Right to request correction of data
The data subject always has the right to access his/her own data and to correct incorrect data. The request can be sent to lauri@laurisalovaara.com. The information required by the Finnish Accounting Act (documents on which the accounting is based) must be retained for 6 years.
12. Other rights related to the processing of personal data
The data will be stored indefinitely. The controller will store other registered personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation and only for as long as their storage is necessary to achieve the purposes described in this privacy policy. Data may be stored due to accounting or other mandatory legislation in accordance with the provisions of that law even after the customer relationship or other basis for processing personal data has ended.
The data subject has the right to have their data deleted and the right to transfer their data.
